Joseph Galatowitsch has 30+ years of experience in medical technology business management, marketing and market development. Joe co-founded Dymedex Consulting and has quickly established Dymedex as a leader in med-tech market development consulting. Joe conceived and led an innovative market development effort at Medtronic that helped drive a 3 year, $1.5 Billion market expansion. He has led over 100 medical technology market assessments in numerous technologies and diseases. He pioneered and codified the ‘Science of Market Development’ and institutionalized his concepts and methods across Medtronic. His proven and statistically validated methods and tools became integral to Medtronic’s strategic planning process and have been used to accurately predict market dynamics for many well known medical technologies. Joe also held global leadership, strategy and marketing roles within 3M Healthcare with P & L responsibility for 3M’s global $100 Million ECG supplies business.
